A Corva Care Plan is a simple monthly subscription that covers your heating and boiler system.
You pay a fixed amount each month and get:
An annual boiler service,
Priority call-outs when something goes wrong,
Access to 24/7 emergency support (depending on your plan),
Exclusive discounts on repairs and installations.
It’s peace of mind for your home, without big one-off repair bills.
An excess is a small fee you pay when we attend a call-out.
Corva Protect → £50 per visit
Corva Comfort → £30 per visit
Corva Complete → £30 per visit
The excess covers the first hour of labour and helps us keep your monthly prices low.
It’s paid at the time of visit by card or bank transfer.
There’s no excess for your annual boiler service or CP12 check.

Yes — our plans are up to 25% cheaper than British Gas HomeCare, and we’re faster to respond.
We’re a local, Gas Safe registered company, not a call centre.
You get direct contact with our engineers and clear, honest pricing.
Every Corva Care Plan includes one full annual boiler service carried out by a qualified Gas Safe engineer.
We’ll check:
Burner pressure & flue integrity
Gas rate & combustion
Seals, safety devices & ventilation
System pressure & efficiency
You’ll receive a digital service certificate after each visit.
Absolutely.
Our Corva Complete plan includes an annual CP12 Gas Safety Certificate and full labour cover.
Landlords also get access to our online Landlord Portal, where they can view and download all certificates at any time.
All plans are paid monthly by Direct Debit through GoCardless or Stripe Subscriptions.
You’ll see the payment listed as Corva Plumbing & Heating.
You can also choose to pay annually upfront and save the equivalent of two months.
Yes — you can cancel any time after your first 12 months with 30 days’ notice.
If you cancel within the first 12 months, any discounts or free services provided will be deducted from your final balance.
Parts are not included unless stated in your plan (labour is included with Corva Complete).
We don’t cover:
Pre-existing faults identified at the first service,
External pipework or drainage outside the property,
Boilers beyond economical repair or over 15 years old,
Non-domestic or commercial systems.
We’ll always discuss repair options before any additional costs.
You can transfer your Corva Care Plan to your new property — just contact us before you move.
If you no longer need cover, we’ll cancel your plan with 30 days’ notice.
