Running cisterns and unreliable flushing
A filling valve, flush mechanism or seal may be worn or out of adjustment. The type of cistern and its accessibility matter: a concealed cistern may need a manufacturer-specific part and an accessible service panel. A short description of when the noise or leak occurs is useful.
Leaks need the source identified
Water near the base may come from a supply connection, cistern, seal or another nearby fitting. We investigate the visible plumbing before proposing a repair. Lifted flooring, inaccessible boxing and damage to finishes need an agreed scope; they are not automatically included in a toilet repair.
Replacing a toilet
Check the footprint, soil connection, cistern arrangement and seat height before choosing a new toilet. A different pan may expose unfinished flooring or require pipe alterations. We can discuss a straightforward replacement or include the work in a larger bathroom quotation.
